what lvl do you recommend lvling him to? 85?-90?

well i would think the higher the better no matter waht char more life dmg etc

The higher you level this guy the better.

The chance to hit equation takes into account levels of both players.

In addition you will gain life from both points into vita and additional Oak levels.
