phoenix MH has always been garbage.
If you want to use it, put it on cta side.
+2 skill/mana of spirit is way too good, on top of the fact that you do NOT need to tele on switch (main thing that I hate while I use jmoc/jmod), on top of a gazilion of resist and fhr.
tstroke, now that we got sunders, it's not bad at all. In fact it is the best dps option pre 6/40.
Titan has till some strong QoL going for it tho, rep/30frw are smthing that is good in pvm to have. Plus you can till go for a 10fcr/ml/mana ringo (or ml gloves) and work your way to some decent leeching for less potting, but I do agree that tstroke is more DPS and way easier to build around (just repair and keep 2nd pair in cube).
There is no "bis" build even with never ending budget since java (pre mosaic) was the strongest pvm char around. Start with the classic 55ias/68fcr bp and work from there, then it all depends on your budget and how much dps vs QoL you want to have and, especially, what you do like to farm.
for example, an end game high budget build that I think quite over perform for general use is this one:
6/40
15fcr 2ama amu adds
griff (15ias/3maek)
20fcr gloves (if u want cr t-o, better regen magefist but is very marginal)
razortail
raven
10fcr mana ringo (120mana magic or gucci fpk)
30frw 100+ 3res boots
jmoc 4x 5/-5
emilio: infy/whatever (coh & flickering flame or cure)
swap: wizardspike/spirit -> 55ias/11frame tele bps on top of over 20k dps fury // almost 400k charged strike and full vita.
I do own this set up on NL. Do I use it? No. why? 1st you lose cta (nice QoL to have) and the ability to mix things a bit, so I do stick with a more "standard" 68fcr, better dps in throne room set up with the possibility to swap between perf eth titan and 6/40 to improve the re-playability of my pvm java, quite important for me. Plus I do own a psycho GG 2java/20ias/3maek mf/fr crafted caster gloves that I simply love to own and use.
Literally, past the basic set up find your own way, it doesn't matter as long as you are comfortable with her ^^
