the bug only appears by socketing. since your item has both mods inherently, there is no problem. if you socket with an ed/min/max jewel of some sort, there is still no problem, since you are in case 1 (inherent ed -> no bug)

dont pay attention to the ukon guy. seems to know some stuff about the game, but has two giant weaknesses, which are a) reading and b) thinking in categories
