Safety Amulets are great for life boosting, as long as you get everything else you need. I have a max block, dr, tele bowa build with safety amu that has 5048 life from a CTA bow bo... where as my other theory craft build that uses 2/20fcr has only 4981 life. Both have 99 FCR. D2 Legacy of course. I could boost it further with waterwalks and or clssic gloves, instead of shadow dancer/craft ias gloves, but I'd loose FHR and IAS frames.
