IMO 95% ES Hybrid Vita/Energy > All Energy build. GM Cube prebuff.

Your hardest match ups will be against opponents that use OW and Psn. You pretty much will shit on anything else no questions asked. So its better to build in a way that optimizes your chances to beat a ow/psn users (like zon or wwsin). Rather than being super strong vs everything else and getting destroyed vs your counter match ups.

In my max block setup, I invested 15 hard points (45 Base Dex) to get 75% block. Highly worth it IMO.

Well, set items can be upped now. So you can up Whitstan's from Round Shield (base 42% block for sorcs) to Luna (base 50% block for sorcs). Socket that thing with 'Eld' and you have a Whitstans with a 102% block chance for sorcs.

You might want to ask around how to do that.

20rep is gm on sorc nn to l8z and rep to full with 40rep

Full mana>life/mana on 95es build

If mdr/pdr is not banned i would go eth zod gbane in blocksetup

why stat like low % es with 95es? why coh? eschuta... lol?

stat full mana at 95es, especially if your inv looks like this
dont use coh or eschuta... ever. hoto + viper + frosties is the obvious better set up, but enigma or gbane or twitch beats coh
