Most people start gambling circleta after 86, so they have a chance at +2 skills, but the higher you are, the better. It's different with diadems.

Gambled stuff has -5/+4 (range) level and +2 class skills is level 90.

this. the best lvl to start gambling is lvl 95 reason being is you get ilvl 99 items aka 2/20 circs. it goes +4 or -4 of your char lvl. this is what i read and most people start gambling at that lvl and now i know why.
