No, you can't use a dungos and rare circlet with a FoI, in the guide it's for Diamond bow/Shadow bow only.

The problem with the guid above is also the jav side

You need 90ias to throw at 90 frame thus the guid above needs one of those rare javs with ias

Unless you content with 19 frame throw
