If you wanna beat all content without help I suggest summon nerco. easy to play on controller too. Find a ammy or circ with tele charges and ur set.

Akara all your stuff and go ssf.
Dont trade and dont look at prices and boom the game is fun again.
I wouldn't recommend SP b/c you're more likely to use the p8 cheat and the game is too easy.
Pick something weak so you have a bit of a challenge like bow ama or sum druid.

Vengeance/Conviction Pala
All you really need is an eth one hand weapon for the Oath runeword with good base IAS e.g. small crescent (physical dmg is converted to elemental, so the more the better), a bunch of IAS (e.g. Treachery) and a merc with Lawbringer/Reapers Toll for the Decrepify proc. You can run through hell with just self-found stuff and people LOVE conviction palas in their party.
This is my absolute favorite pala build.

hopefully you meant cheap as in USD, this isn't happening otherwise

I would play with runewords^^

Anyhow, kicksin is really diverse and fun.
Bladesin is safe but slow if u decide to like MF areas a lot. It walks playtrue very nice and is strong. Did it p8 hardcore plugy and it was really easy on d2lod, and now damage is buffed by extreame ammounts.

Strong Kicksin with no runewrods:
Guilaume 15ias/adds
Stormlash 15ias or shael
Stormshield 15ias/adds
Rattle cage or viper
Gores upped
Atma's ammu
raven
dual leech ring
Raven

The only relevant runewords for a kicksin is in armor (eni/forti/duress) and cta and merc's infinity and mercs armor.

Early gear:
Death gloves
Death sash
Death sword (gets like 87 cold dmg)
Angelic ammu
Angelic armor
Angelic ring
manald
Goblin toe's/Sigons
Sigons shield or rhyme.
Sigons helm or high elemental damage circ, example 1-111 light dmg.
