used to be between HOZ and exile...did they change the way pheonix works with smite?

i never saw any smiters using pheonix and i made at least a dozen myself.

Phoenix is workable for smite after D2r 2.4 patch
Actual smite avg dmg comparison with the same conditions
1. Hoz: 748
2. 454ed phoenix st: 894
3. Spirit st: 713

it's good to keep an extra coa berber + grief pb in stash imo

50 ias is enough for max ias frame with grief ba, however you won't have arach slow etc covered

but the horizontal smite distance is nearly doubled with a BA so it's well worth it
