https://warren1001.github.io/IAS_Calculator/Tldr - you can't hit 4fpa ww with any 2h now. Fastest is 5fpa. BUT off weap ias now counts.
Don't use wp as an eBOTD base since it requires absurd amount of ias to even hit 5fpa, unless you use a a1 faith merc. But in almost all cases, a reaper merc is way better. Which means eBOTD GPA is probably the best 2h base.
Imo 2h ww not worth using unless you really like that range. 2x grief pb will significantly out dps anything else, and doesn't even require external ias to hit 4fpa.
You can hit 4 frame with a 2 handed sword, but yeah every other two hander is only 5 frames. Rip pole whirlers.
