Go for the energy shield build for hc if you want sorc. With barb bo you should be ok.

I'd suggest to just go with hammerdin tbh, prayer insight merc. Much less risk of death when dcd, way tankier than any sorc build you can make. In kill speed it would be faster too.

I knew u come back to HC ! :D

I would vote for pure vita blizzard. The build u show there however is also not that cheap (5k Fgs at least with torch and skillers)

Also as a suggestion: There are alpt of duped Annis around, watch where u buy!
Still: The first variant is better.

One other thing: I checked out the sorc build what you have on maxroll.
Forget this gheed and isted df, it doesnt matter if you have 1060k fg or 1061k fg by the time you are finished with this. Logically it doesnt make sense. Making your char more efficient/better/stronger should be a priority. Even if you decrease the chance of hc death by 1%, thats worth much more than some additionial fg that you might get form mf.

Use facets and cold sk instead of gheed so you can save 4 points on cold mastery and get more damage.
Remove mf scs and use life mana or life psn res scs.
And find a memory staff with chilling armor, the additional defense matters a lot.

Look its all about the player, if you have ur own boer etc.. and know how to play go Full dps
if u dont feel safe in HC go for ES. i dont think ur a noob so u could go Vital lol

+ one additional thing I forgot to say, you don't need any fhr on 95%es sorc. I see you have many fhr charms.
whether you get staggered or not is calculated from the percentage of life lost. With es% you will never get staggered.

With the sunder charm this game is so much easier for blizz sorc.
Any build will work, i always go vita and about 50% block
