Good for Java, would be better if had LR instead of ED and maybe fhr instead of rep life.

I had similar on LOD but upgraded to monarch with 2x rune hearts (7fhr/5life/10@/30LR jewels), mostly for dueling sin/foh/javas.

Basically 31fhr/30-20/50life/40@/130LR monarch with the jewels.

It's a funky replacement for a jmod. Will need 2 x 15ias 15@jwls in it to be good for java. I've got a 30/20/40l/20@2s Monarch on old d2 but I only use it on a mf java.

Nice find, most ppl won't appreciate it.
