20fcr on a circ is mandatory almost all the time otherwise you won't hit 68fcr on bow side.
Shadow and Diamond are close. I think doesn't matter which one you will choose. Some people would say Shadow is better becuase of higher max dmg and bigger chance to launch fhr.
For telebowa frw is not that crucial but good to be at least same fast as people with 30frw circ + 45eni + 40aldurs. It case of your style
Also that you can tele doesn't mean you you don't have to walk. In some matchups (like vs bva) is good to keep good amount of frw.
