Can someone explain to me like I am a 5 year old what is going on with these type of posts? Are they laundering of some kind or what?

If there really is a website out there that has all of these guides and videos paid for over the last however many years, please link it since I am sure we could all benefit from the knowledge.

What is the difference between them?

A guide gives you advice on what to where, the skills or abilities used versus said monsters on the pretense that the person will adhere to it, or play the way they want to.

A stratagem gives advice on how to complete the task even when the person or party does not have the right equipment or skills to venture forth.
