Direct answer: it might make a few rare zeal, bowzon, charger players a little mad. Everything else you would be nerfing yourself and have 0 effect on casters in fact you will help ww.barbs to stay on you longer.
But since you are playing on pubs where it doesn't matter. It's considered BM anyway might aswell slap on cleglaws and reapers on a holy freeze on paladin charger for memes.
