I thought council was the best place to mf xD haha. ups. but then again, its mostly HR im after at this point.

What is NL?

Non Ladder. I cashed out of ladder early then got back in to make Ladder obly stuff at the end so I didnt get around to making a trav barb. this season. council is a great place to get rich but not by finding uniques. You dont need MF to find runes, charms and jewels.

I tried zerker, but felt like i was close to dying all the time, and it didnt felt optimal.

I will gladly show my gear in game.

What I would like to achive:
Have a barb that clears trav in 1min with good MF so I have a way of earning some currency instead of just spending :)

I run a similar set up to you as far as the merc I just use Andy’s instead. I can show you mine in game I’ll be home in a couple hours. Only real differences though is I run dual griefs. Highlords is definitely better. Solo runs you can swap your belt out for goldwrap for added mf. You will also need to get a cham grace to deal with frozen in trav. Your ebotd is not really necessary, I’m assuming you go this for sustain you can just run dual leech rings and swap out for another grief.

upgraded arreat 200 ed / highest leach possible / add an um or 15 res jewel + mod // or 40 ed 15 max damage do not add ias jewels to any ww barb as ias off weapon even from auras does nothing
ap enigma 15 ed base
dual pb griefs the ias does not matter you will always reach 6 frames, just focus on having 390 or just opt for 400 damage // for pvp use zerks and grief zerk 34 ias min + 400 damage / zerk beast highest damage highest str (15 ed zerk bases standard)
amulet angelics
ring angelics or angelics + raven frost if you dont want to have um in arreats you can add a cham but you will need a piece of gear with cannot be frozen
steelrend 60 ed / high str
upgraded string of ears with 8% leach(for pvm) or 40/15 dungos(i use this for pvp)
upgraded gore riders
switch precast dual hotos

merc: ecv pride
ap or sa fort
eth ral'ed andys or 30 fire res / 15 ias jewel
base arua might

invintory is standard:
torch anni
now you can choose your setup here if you want 3/20/20s or 1 min + 20 hp scs for pk (20x)
1 piece of gear will have to had cold damage so you can add a sc with +1 cold damage if you dont have a raven

i know you dont want to hear this but ill say it anyway... barbs are not mfers they suck at mfing soooo bad and the gear is expensive with impossible roi

what a barb does excel at is pk and party bo support (a bo barb) if you use them pvm they are expensive and under powered so use more conventional builds like a mf sorc or hdin for that job or you will just waste your time at inefficient mfing. the goal of having a mfer is to gear them with cheap gear get them off the ground and start finding and selling gear fast to make a profit fast and not have to trade for gear to gear the char XD

Gear setup is solid, but theory on roi feels bias. A p1 pitzerker is most effecient grailer on single player. I rock 700+mf on hc P8;and still run solid pit times. That said, I agree bnet is different, especially with new patches, but Barb if still a highly versatile mfer (albeit expensive, I agree).

I like loh for FR and ed to demons and also run CS. With seal pop + boss packs both exp and drops are very good, better than AT blizz sorc or even 2 seal cs bliz sorc which is surprisingly effective.
