The res is nice but the shield is not. I wouldnt waste a laz quest on it. Keep looking for a better base

unless you're on hc, you don't really need high block on shield in sp.

Youll have to grind them down OP

Thats worth using my last lazaruk on single player for right?

a rondache is not better than the targe you posted first. I would still wait for an exceptional base at least, if not elite base. So posts #9 and #13 still hold...
