So yes, shaman is indeed buffed.
But armageddon is a little changed. First of all you dont need to skill prerequisite via nado, twister, hurrycane etc.. But i would suggest 1 point cyclone.
Armageddon has less fire dmg, but it has more physical damage, so that depends entirely on ur gear if its a buff or nerf. For a facet build its a nerf, for a regular shaman build its a buff i would say.
