Dodge lock is gone and whenever you start a cast animation you can no longer be interrupted lol

Basically zon can teleport freely now where as before she was usually permanently dodgelocked while trying to teleport out of something

Well wsg is gone on d2r and so is frw desnych or any desnych at all. So tele bowa is the only way to go there

I wouldn’t play tele on legacy but on d2r you have no other choice

No. None at all. If you want to be a successful bowa in 2.4 you need to have a shadow or diamond faith, enigma, 120/45 20fcr helm, and 2pm/20ias/kb gloves on. Mat bow ONLY if you have a GG 2/20/2os rare tiara with mods, in which case you drop 15 ias from the helm and hit 45ias with 13+ fant with the mb for optimal frames per attack.

Only place where a telebowa>fortibowa is in a 2v2 with a hammerdin imo.

I dno, have not tried should be easy to test. Not seen a patch note on it, but it was very laggy on d2lod when doing that

Before everyone says mb is bad now zon got buff they give up 300% damage from fort so they can tele and still use mb lol
