I dont bother trying to clear everything with that char I got other char for this, I use this as a specialized trav/pit runner other than that its just meh
Never said a Isted or Lemed pb would make you kill quicker

The Isted/Lemed pb is to maximise your invested Time vs Drop
Why would I use a Berserk Barb outside of trav/pit when I got char who can do anything p8 super fast and clears chaos p8 in 1-2 min...

Would a pb grief in mh and beast axe in oh work with sword mastery?

Zerk only attacks witch mh right? So I can use beast for the aura and pb in main hand for speed and no repairs? I see some older guides use a beast

Fana aura and str buffs are nice mods to have as second hand.

The Ed on Fanta increases berserk damage right?

yes, the ed increases physical damage which is then converted to magic damage

zerk works with crushing blow, deadly strike, enhanced damage, open wounds
zerk does not work with life/mana leech, life tap, decrepify, amp damage since those require physical damage being applied

yes, you are only attacking with your main hand when you use zerk

That makes beast the highest damage oh choice right?

the fana and str would add to the damage for sure
i am not sure if it is the highest damage since there are options such as phoenix shield runeword
