Yep, once you get Fathom, Facets, and skillers the damage just shoots up. My budget Sorc I used for release hits about 4k Blast, 5k Blizz, and about 600 Orb (adequate for p1-3 farming).
My benchmark for anything P1 SSF is a 3k Blizz, about 1.5k Blast, and around 350-400 Orb. This is assuming you have at least 20 points into Cold Mastery. Hit these numbers and you can kill anything non immune in Hell (save for ubers) with relative ease.
