+2 jav is staff mod on both

the other +2 jav (javelin 1) and +2 ama (javelin 2) are exclusive affixes. they can't roll together, much like you can't find a tiara with both +2 nec and +2 dru

e: only magic javelins can have up to +6 java. +3 from staff mod and +3 from lancer's prefix (both are limited to +2 on rares/crafts)
