Rest is up to you, war cry, find item, shout, whatever your priorities and budget are

Get a Gavel of Pain, cast amp damage and still do almost no dmg anyway because that is barb life vs more than one mob.

Raven frost/ BK (second ring is kind of your preference lol I use carrion wind not BK)
I’d keep your fort in your cube and just wear enigma to tele to baal then swap on fort
Edit: Lister is scary.
Yell a lot, use weaken shout, death totems don’t work on the baby diablos but they let you completely wreck all the other waves
