what is a better option in ur opinion a runic fools as a main hand with a suwayyah chaos off hand or a runic chaos as main hand with a war fist fools as off hand.

Until 2.4 you reach 9 FPA with 52 IAS, if you had a Greater Talons (mainhand) and Feral Claws (offhand). In 2.4 the needed IAS changes from 52 IAS to 63 IAS, because the claw type of the offhand dont impact the calculations anymore.
For Hybrid / Spider Assassins you used Runic Talons or the combination of Runic Talons + Feral Claws to hit the 9 FPA with a total IAS of 42 (in case of RT + RT) and 52 IAS (in case of RT + FC).

Yes so the calculation of wsm has changed but not the amount of ias needed to hit 9fpa for each wsm value

The change is that feral/gt is now -20 wsm instead of -25 wsm but -20 wsm still needs 63 ias

Just making sure I dont need to change the frame calculation formula on the calculator, rather just the calculation of wsm

You always want fury/cruel/fools claws as mainhand and chaos as offhand!!
