Good for you, I tried, like I said, a couple of time testing with HE and the merc is great, 75IAS breakpoint, cham, and you still have one extra in the armor just in case you want to go extra mad with the merc for a 7fhr 10@ ED/STR/whatever rare jewel, for the 30fhr breakpoint (if 24fhr 4 soc armor) max resist, at least at lvl98 and more damage.

i would always overpay for 3 fire 2 sockets + 20+ str circlet

another good thing to keep in mind while shopping is claws with 5+ ls or 5+ wof with orbs 6 chant + 2 sockets omg yes thats perfect for enchant sorc on the high end (not circlets but still good if your on a gf barb and want profit)
