you said you dont want 20/20 armor but i still want to do the calculation, so ignore this i guess:

1-8838 (lvl 45) +60% light damage = 1-14140,8 (7070,9 avg) 12 bolts -150 lr 3,12 attacks per sec ==> 7070,9*12 * 2 * 3,12 = 529469,0 dmg per sec

6/40, 2 ama tele charges amu, soj + raven, 20/20 monarch, rbf in griff:
1-9342 (lvl 47) +60% light damage = 1-14947,2 (7474,1 avg) 12 bolts -150 lr 3,12 attacks per sec ==> 7474,1*12 * 2 * 3,12 = 559660,6 dmg per sec

in the end you have to find some build that suits you, i personally dont think you need to teleport in throne that much, so fcr is not needed at all and eni is optional, but that doesnt fit everyones playstyle. java in baalruns without teleport at all is autodelete though :D

mmm, if going for the best just for baal task... then go full dex too, so u do lot of phys dmg with CS too xD (If good eth ed ctc amplify javelins etc the phys damage is pretty high... can be like 15k from my tests)
