I made a few in services, I see a lot of such threads at reset so I don't think it's against the rules, then again jsp rules are just so vague, but I barely got any reply, the only times I got full teams was before reset there were some reset pratice groups and during reset I got some groups, but once everybody there got their character to hell, nobody was interested anymore, seem like I am the only one who wants multiple characters, everyone else is just making 1 character (usually a blizzard sorc or sometimes a hammerdin) to mf and sell quick when price is hot.

What do you need mod permissions for?
There's no rule against that
