Many options with tal... Pure light sorcs with tal rasha and infy merc are nice, with 117 fcr spirit/gloves/fcr ring/fcr ring, or less fcr, even stormshield max block setup and low fcr one; damage is fine, around x-40k lighting with that -15% mob resis set gives. Meteorb is a typical build for tal sorc (I don't like); Chain Lighting/Frozen Orb is ok too.

Hydra tal sorc or Hydra/Frozen Orb is fun too.

Or even tri-ele sorcs, given that the set benefits all trees.
