9. DTGM (if applicable)
10. Mana damage (aka : mana burning monsters)
Here's an updated version of my old list.
Notice that, even if DTGM do trigger in some situations, it is useless against mana burning monsters, since it's applied before the huge mana loss.

I can't find a single example of missile without "SrcDamage" set to 128 (or 96) against which DTGM do work.
However, I may not have perfectly understood what you're calling "combat attacks".
