... Cats Eye + has 25 Dex which helps with wielding Phaseblade and converts to strength 25 = 25% enhanced damage
... +2 Barb Skills amulet with 20% FCR and +2 Teleport charges [25] with other useful mods = 40% enhanced damage minimum.

What is the best combination? From what I gather, I would choose:
... Andarials Helm with +2 Barb Skill amulet that has 20% FCR and +2 Teleport charges [25] with other mods, preferably with Strength & Dexterity.
... Grief phaseblade with 400 maximum damage and a minimum of 33% ias
... Pheonix Monarch with 400% enhanced damage
... Fortitude with 300% enhanced damage
... Rings would be 1x BK and 1x SoJ which = 40% enhanced damage + innate % with extra life / mana and duration to certain skills etc.
... Arachs belt for the 20% enhanced damage with 20% fcr + innate % with extra life / mana and duration to certain skills etc versus TGods 20 str = 20% enhanced damage
... Boots... now this is based on a few things... +XX Str for enhanced damage [like Treks 10-15] or +10 Str = 10% ed + Adds 15-20 dmg [like WTs] or like Gores with CB 15% / OW 10% / DS 15%
... Cont'd... Cow king boots with 20 dex coverted to str for enhanced damage and the 25-36 added fire damage?

Now... when you confront Magical immunes, you want to ignore using Magical damage and thus revert to using Concentration, which has a base 1 point with 2x maxed out synergies.
... Personally, there isn't a real problem when you include all the +% enhanced damage from gear, stats and synergies.

This is my setup @ level 95:

Andys Visage with 40% ed + 30 Fire Res jewel = 80% enhanced
+2 Barb Ammy with 20% FCR & +lvl2 Teleport Charges [25] with mods = 40% enhanced damage
Fortitude Armor = 300% enhanced damage
Pheonix Monarch = 400% enhanced damage
Grief Phaseblade 15% ed with +400 added damage
Arachs belt = 20% enhanced damage with 20% FCR
Rings: 2x SoJ = 40% enhanced damage with mana
War Travs = 10% enhanced damage and the 15-20 added damage

Mercenary level 95 with Might aura = level 20:
Helm = Eth Andarials jewelled with a 40% enhanced damage and 30% fire resistence
Armor = Eth Enigma
Weapon = Eth Pride level 20 Concentration Aura
... Might Aura = level 24 = +270% enhanced damage to merc and party members
... Conc Aura = level 20 = 345% enhanced damage to merc and party members

Perfect Torch + Anni:
65% [Torch] / 40% [Anni]

+ Skill lvl 20 = 385%
+ Synergy Howl = 200
+ Synergy Shout = 200

Grand Total of % Enhanced Damage:
+ 30 + 80 + 40 + 300 + 400 + 15 + 20 + 40 + 10 + 40 + 270 + 345 + 65 + 40 + 385 + 200 + 200 = 2481

Calculation should be the following to determine the final Magical damage using a perfect Grief Phaseblade:

Min (31+400)*25.81 = 11,124 [Excluding damage to demons of 350% & the added damage of War travs]
Max (35+400)*25.81 = 11,227 [Excluding damage to demons of 350% & the added damage of War travs]

EDIT: With War Travs and the added damage of 15-20, I am NOT sure if that is added to the weapons base physical damage or griefs +added damage, hence I did not calculate
this with the 2481 % enhanced damage [*25.81 etc].
