I will not even follow most of what is written in this guide. It won't work against any half-ass duelers, this barb will have problems if when a decent dueler who knows what he/she is doing comes along. Good luck with such low fcr/fhr against a 102fcr mindblast, or a 125fcr nec.

At lvl 95? No. Check out the op screenshot about his character level. HE is using MP Enigma. It will never strength-bug. He needs Enigma made in Archon Plate.
