Not just S&G but d2jsp in general, is mostly ran by a ring of massive multi accounts
Their objective is to make d2jsp look *still active*
* Notice that the same people post things every day and then never argue with each other, ever
They could post the stupidest shit possible and always agree with each other (it's the same multis that do this, over and over)
They often show up and flame your thread with 6+ multis as to make it look like everyone agrees with them but it is in fact, only one person, sometimes a couple
Notice that they always show up at the same time ~ always
Never any wait time before you get immediately flamed by all of these multis ~ That's because the same person logs on them all and posts back to back
* But if (anyone) outside of this ring of accounts posts anything at all, whether they are trying to be helpful or making a guide or just have an opinion (which that is exactly what the forum is designed for)
They are flamed/attacked/trolled unmercifully ~ always
* Which is a perfect way to create buzz
Trolling a few users who still give a shit about contributing is the best way to get any and everyone else who still gives a shit about this forum, to read it every day and keep up with what is going on
Drama, It's something to do right?
It definitely achieves the fascade of *players still giving a shit enough to argue about this game*
Everyone knows a forum goes dead when there is nothing else to argue about ~ Give it some thought
* These same multis (will always) have the same sorts of signature styles, placement of .jpgs in profiles, same artistic format in general and the same exact number of friends on their friends lists
Start paying attention to it, for those who haven't noticed ~ They're obviously the same people who are making all of these profiles
* These same multis call each other out and post screen shots in the pvp forums, always the same exact shit (6 detailed pictures with the same types of comments written on them in paint, telling a story)
Then 15 other multis show up to toss credit at this person for their bolsting but if a real user was to do this, they'd catch nothing but flaming ~ no matter how good the SSs were
Again ~ creating buzz as if many people still care about D2 pride
* This heavy multi activity always picks up and hits a peak, right before every ladder reset
Whether these multiple accounts are secretly d2jsp staff (working to keep the site active)
Or people involved in diablo 2 buy sites (trying to keep people interested in diablo 2 and d2jsp for the sake of making cash $$$)
If you start paying attention, you'll see that at least a good half of what appears to be *active d2jsp accounts in the diablo forums* are multis
Ones that don't ever get caught, no matter how many people report them
Now of course there will be 10+ users who will show up and make fun of this post as to make it look like what I've said is the dumbest fucking thing they've ever heard, of course there will be
Pay attention to their profile formats, number of friends and graphics chosen
