Not a prob...but even the beefiest of mercs will die in UT. Well with a summon nec he has a better chance...If that were the case I might consider a gbane or something like that...just pure tank gear...

UT is basically about urdars so merc is not 100% essential

Just too many types of damages happening. Fire, light, cold, physical...hard to build when you have a set weapon and only a hat and shirt to put on him.
