You need to be a physical base sin with traps, I don't mean to disagree but imo hybrid > ghost when versus hammerdins. And when I mean hybrid, max claw mastery instead of venom or mind blast. Paladins is the top pvp char who is with best in out stacking any resistance, maxing venom is futile and a waste.
Next, you got to find the best ethereal fools physical claw with +2 to sin, preferbly made in feral or runic, and wsg it, you need the speed for traps.
Use 08 valk if possible and go for the 102 fcr break point.
Next fill up whatever skills necessary you need in your shadow tree, for instance lvl 26 cb, fade enough for 40+ dr (your preference)... and rest into traps synergies.
I do not know about other realms, but in my realm, especially in pubs, ow is useless. It is not like ow is useful, yes it's useful but it is only useful in mannered bvbs. In pubs, everyone is chucking red pots, what you need is a indomitable defense strategy that you char doesn't get your health reduce faster than your opponent, and at the same time when you go for your opponent, he got his health reduce by a chunk that his red pots cannot heal him as fast as he wants.
Now I also recommend leaving mind blast at base 1, if not base 0 if you have mind blast in claws. Reason is because your 102fcr is able to make up for the lost in stun duration.
imo, 102fcr+lvl 1 mb >> 65fcr+20mb.
And dun use angelics, you never know how much defense he has. And sin shouldn't use too much ww, you are not barbs. I rather you change your equips to 102fcr and prioritise your attacks as traps. And if he sorb it, which is what you want him to do, use your physical claw to kill him. Pure damge is more realistic than some open wounds.
Interesting options, but it goes completely into another build. But I like the ideas and I will try to correlate what I think about some points.
So here we begin :
OW being useless in a pub is wrong to assume. People chucking potions are either bad or extremely bad mannered. And those people when killed will get NKed by the whole game. I don't really care about these people.
You mention a lot 102 fcr. I have tried it once shortly on eud2pk and it was very fun. So fun I wanted to make a trapper to own with such fcr. I can understand the mb to 102 fcr correlation statement. When I made a hybrid testing I missed a lot of AR, and 65fcr was not possible without mb lvl 20. So the upgrade on 102 fcr without MB sounds ok, but in reality your physical damage goes down on this(no highlords) and the AR is hard to keep up. Also the 7-8k traps against tgods and good player is not that great at all.
I don't know, hybrids are hard to build and personalize, and I missed my opportunity, this is more of a ghost upgrade than "become a trapper" advice.
