That chart is not for strafe and it also has few flaws.
With hydra bow you need 80% ias to hit last strafe bp. WF has 35% already (with 40/15 jewel) which means you actually need
45% ias from other gear to hit fastest strafe speed, which is easy to get. So that 50% ias with WF actually gets you to 5/3/3/3/7 strafe.

You understood what I meant and you also understand how to pick out a fucking arguement for absolutely no reason
and the chart has a few BPs that are rounded to the nearest intravel of (5) for the IAS fpa/bps
because you cannot hit a breakpoint with IAS unless it lands on an intravel of (5)
The chart is completely accurate and well tested
If you think this information is incorrect in any way shape or form, it confirms how fucking stupid you are ^^
