Okay, thanks for helping. I'll try to explain it better :)

They got no stack res --> so they got 75 poison resistance in hell mode. If I attack with 2x deathweb (-110% poison resistance) his poison resistance drops till -35%. So there health will drop in only a few seconds to 1 life. Then I switch to my wizzy + dreamshield and I shock him dead.

If they do have stack resistance --> if they got 75 poison resistance in hell mode  + 110 stack resistance it's not worth it to use deathwebs, because he'll still have 75 poison resistance. If I use griefs, I make him still stack his resistance (2x -25% from griefs) but I do some decent physical damage.

I'm almost sure you've never had a barbarian who attacked with wands & is able to kill every possible setup? Don't say auto fail, unless you tried it...

I kinda doubt they're gonna have 110 poison res stacked.

And I heard grief messes up the damage you get from your charms.

Well, most hammerdins have quite some resistance stacked :) If they don't --> just go deathwebs, hit them 1 time and 1-12seconds later they're at 1life :)

Grief doesn't mess up my poison damage :) I can always show ingame if you want

http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Venom

It messes up your poison damage

Venom caps the poisoning duration at 0.4 seconds, thus preventing long term poisoning. Consequently, all other items will only inflict poison damage for 0.4 seconds. Example: Though 700 damage over 10 seconds might seem impressive only 28 damage will be inflicted due to the 0.4 seconds cap.

"35% Chance To Cast Level 15 Venom On Striking"

when you ww --> does it count as striking? because I never had venom cast in PvP so far

Only had it a few times in PvM, but that was because I got mana burned and auto attacked the monsters around me

Anyone could help me with this?

No % Chance to cast of any kind is applied when in whirlwind.

Get 2 things:

1: Grief ( and know how it works and attack the oponent)
2: Girl (and understand how they work) then Grief is easy to live with ;-D

Both make max

Why not just SHOOT THEM WITH A WIDOWMAKER?

Anyone who gets 37x 451 poison charms and fails to build their character deserves to /wrist

thats how its done
you have widowmaker on one switch and deaths webs on the other

you ww defensively vs stuff like smiters, hammers, etc that try to stomp/charge you
you widow/switchglitch everything on your minimap.

using dream is the kind of retarded stuff that only someone who has never, ever, *ever* tried this and is pure theorycrafting would try
fortunately I am experienced :) had a cache leftover from 1.09
people will either teleport to town at low hp (pubs) or will be extremely easy to kill with 1 bow or ww hit (gm pvp)
dream will not ever really help you. You won't be able to chase down pubs and kill them with dream's pulse unless they have 500 max hp and -100% resists
because they can get to town easily. beyond that, dream often doesn't even penetrate MDR.

If they have even 5 mdr, holy shock will always fail to kill them. With just 2 mdr, it will fail 50% of the time
with tgods, or es, or cyclone armor, etc- it will never deal any damage

Meanwhile, throwing on knockback allows you to have a meaningful attack after poison- it allows ranged FHR lock even with your low damage
A giant skull is a better helm than a dream by far, though I wouldn't recommend either (CoA)
