If you have beast IG or you are wielding beast yourself forti > treachery. If not, then treachery is better.

Yes sure. However even when not using beast golem. The DPS just isnt up there with treachery and its less safe. You know the threads where me and other posters have shown it, i dont need to link any. But you keep denying it. Its like the elephant in the room. How can you keep lying to yourself?

Mercenary's highest quality for the PvM/UT Summoner is its ability to procc %CB checks.
%CB > DPS, in this matter.

Would you please keep your treachery vs fortitude crap out of this guide? Without a different source of IAS (other than IAS jewels, if even that), treachery is far better for bosses with a cb setup, and bosses are really the only thing you need the merc's high damage for.
