Bone damig doesnt go up much per skill, id rather have the extra life and ress.

I wouldn't even think about using necro with 4250 dmg...

The main reasons people make a max block necro is A. TvT! or B. They can't play well. All necromancers should invest 1 point in amp.

Your gear choices aren't exactly the best, or actually they aren't very good at all for the overall duelists. A good majority of people don't use .08 duped boots. You should probably include shadow dancers in there as a boot possibility.
If you're going to go all block you might as well Ber your stormshield for 43% DR and go with a circ to open up some slots for other better choices. Shael/Shael circ or something of the sort would work quite well.

No comment torwards wizard spike since I use it as a main. Although where do you get your life rep from? Rep is pretty important in a lot of duels.

Your strategies overall aren't very good. Even for pubs. Anyone would be better off on a Vita max DR% necromancer for pubs/1v1, and with a max block setup would be nice as well.
