You will never, ever, ever fhr lock anyone with this. Ever.
First, you need to deal 1/16 of their damage per hit to have even a 37.5% chance of fhr
Since firewall hits every frame, that would mean you kill them in less than 2/3 of a second anyway with it
Second, firewall is specifically flagged not to put people into FHR. It does not trigger fhr at all.
Immobile fire effects trigger a 'softhit' that simply plays a sound effect, and has no action ingame

I read the whole thing, I've been tracking your other versions meaning to read them but you kept updating them lol.
Anways- for a character that's never really been built this doesn't look too bad; you covered a lot of bases.
My only problem is the low DR%, since you have enough strength to wear a Monarch why not wear Stormshield for 35% more DR? I'm sure with 95 es this thing gets obliterated by physical damage dealers x_x

the 35% dr will only affect your health points, and being at 1k hp and 4-5k mana, and 95% es, it wont be effective until the end of the duel.
and the mana added from spirit cover the dr from storm shield itself

how comes u run that much? why would u change the usual fb gear? u already got like +430% so a few facets wont help much. and almost every1 got some extra resis .. ud need to have like -100 which is only possible by using infi setup.

but still a good idea to use the changes of 1.13. i made a hydra sorc but thats rly not worth it ^^ 1 point hydra is a must for stunning tho
