different assassin types use different weaponblock %

most pubs "stop" at 60% because its some magical number or something in their heads.
65% is the maximum you can get in the game but obviously its not worth it.

I'll make this simple:
if you're building a trapper, leave weaponblock at 1 point and let +skills boost, do not waste points you need them all, 57% block is fine on a trapper
if you're building a hybrid, leave weaponblock at 1 point and let +skills boost, do not waste points you need them all, you should have ample +shadow disc to boost it on a hybrid setup
if you're building a ghost, put the remainder of your points in weaponblock, physical damage wwsins get 60-61% depending on how high you level, shadow discipline wwsins get 62-63% depending on how high you level
