u should get a 2 skill 30+dex ammy that will help with ur dex issue personally i use a 3 ele 30 dex ammy

Yeah, but then I won't hit the 99 fcr breakpoint. I may have to use a fcr belt + an amulet to hit the breakpoint, but then I'd have to resocket my stormshield.

With dancers u wont loose the block and u will have 30 fhr so
dancers + dungo + 10 fhr pelt is 50 already
Put shael in pelt = 70 fhr
jwl in ss = 77 fhr
So put just 2x fhr skiller and u have bp reached
