If it is for a char that will ever utilize running, yes those kinds of armors are obviously the best choice. But there are plenty of people I know who don't walk in their duels so they can use some of the better looking heavier armors.

The only case where you really WANT a heavier armor is in BvB so you can WW slower or in Zeal dueling because obviously those armor types have best base defense.

I know, but i don't want to read a guide. I just wanted a simple answer and an opinion on which armor to wear.

If the actual type of light armor effected my r/w. I got the answer i need. Any Light armor will work.
