yikes, ul have to remake if u want es and put everything in energy. then also frosties/sojs/arach and some mana lifer scs, ull hit 4k

str = base
dex = base or enough for 75% block with the shield of your choice (I'd vote for gerkes ot whistans)
vita = base if you're inv is perfect, otherwise put enough to reach 1.3-1.6k life after BO
energy = the rest

es/ inv:

9 x cold 35+ life skillers if no block (fhr from spirit) or adjust to reach at least 62fhr
10 x 17+life/17+mana small charms

is the monarch a jmod or an ordinary monarch? if ordinary, then spirit is far more superior to it. the nice mana, fcr and fhr boost is better than +20%dmg (and -20res). so unless ur a mb es orber (i.e have jmod), go with spirit.

1st u put enough stats into str so u could wear ur eq.
2nd u put all the rest stats into energy.

use high mana circ , boots, amu , rings. frosts idk.. etc

read some builds

and that monarch
well, u can try it with dmg setup but imo < Spirit ( 2sk, fcr, mana, fhr )
