First off a lib is a charge/hammer. There is another name for a charge/hammer/smite build. You could save yourself about 80 stats by using .08 gaze.
I wouldn't use fant at all as it would be very hard to switch between 3 auras effectively. Save your skills from fant and use vigor while charging and conc while hammering.
BTW I have this built on west nl and it is very effective.

yeh that sounds not bad just make sure you hit around 400 + vs certain chars like some blizzers or fohers or some fc zons or auradins its gonna be tricky but with those life/res scs that will make alot of diff its looking nice tho

Oh yeah. The other thing different on my build is I use fort 100% of the time. Has fcr and the damage bonus is great.

and a libby = hammer/charge yes, but they obv have 1 skill into smite (like my build) i just did more fanat to maximize smite damage cuz alot of the time charge just doesnt cut it wen u want to melee a sorc or druid or somthing.

youre only missing 34 str

17 str per ring is alot to ask for
BUT 10 isnt

if u get 10 on each ring ur only adding 14 points into str for coa

well also depends on ur skill and button set up i can do all 3 auras and hammer charge smite pretty decent with tele aswell so its the users skill with his own set up that will make this effective but yeh maxing fana mmmmmmmm seems different to urs and my build

Yeah but your v/t have to switch 2 skills every time you change between charge, smite and hammer.

ok i didnt add vigor on my v/t cuz i cuddnt have the room. this is wat i do

wen im chargring around (like i would b wen im syching on libby) i charge with charge and resist lightning (to throw off other v/t's)

so on libby it would be vigor/charge instead

and i switch from conviction and foh which would change from hammer/conc on libby

and i switch from charge/fanat/smite

which would be the same things on libby.

Most characters that you will be killing with charge you wont need fant and with lvl 1 smite with spirit/grief you will need to rely more on your hammer damage.
