I'll look @ all and ofcourse fb sorc is my love char forever, so I'll be active in this topic to help and answer on questions/critiscm/other comments

why not use phoenix on fire soso?

1) Phoenix is a banned runeword in league, so you can't use it. http://www.ep-pvp.net/RF/Limitations.htm look @ banned item list!
2) 156 str req = cya with a legit sorc (cause you're lacking much str without coh+torch+storm track = 57 or 58 str)
3) there are some other and also better shields: 200-210 life shield (3 socked 50-60 life "jahjahjah") or whitstan "jah" for block, or even spirit, which is worth the 156 strength ONLY FOR A PUBBY PK SORC cause again:

not legit and you lack too much strength (total ~ 40-50 str less than other non-league sorcies)

and why would it be banned? its not a cheat item, its not bugged, it is in fact a part of the game

Well in league PvP (so legit dueling with rules and limits) they want to keep it as fair as possible, cause else almost every1 would make a smiter with bb, bt, 50% dr and 95 all resist.... kinda lame don't you think?

So there are certain rules of: maximum of frw, resist, absorb items or as well the "banned items" which aren't allowed to use in LEAGUE DUELS (Euro-PvP, AoW, Duelliga, etc..).
and Phoenix is also in the banned itemlist of those rules; although they differ per league / tournament tho...

hm, don't exactly understand, but this one is with nice items and 105 fcr+es tho...
