Rarity Of Set And Unique Items - Topic

Rarity only comes into play when there is more than one item to chose from. There are no other Unique Ogre Gauntlets are there? In which case, if they roll Unique, that's what you get.

But plainly, it does not matter what the rarity is in this case.
