why the hell are u using no block vs javazon?

thats not the important question...
what is really bugging me is... how can you call this barb decent, you state angelics as your main jewelery... along with doom.
If your bvb, you use a shield.
If your bva, you dont need angelics.

Also.... doom is USELESS against casters. Using another BoTD or a beast is a MUCH better choice than doom...
Doom could be usefull in 1 situation I see, which would be against a trapper to slow trap cast rate, but in my opinion, beast is a better alternative for all situations.

on www.diabloii.net someone wrote up a VERY nice BVA build, using beast/botd/coa.
Very good build, if you want a good barbarian, go read that guide.

Triple_han: Shield will only block a javazons physical attack, the charged bolts will hit anyway. Hence it's better to dualwield, especially since you'll have a hard time hitting the zon even with two weapons due to that pesky dodge.

Kodachi: This kid is clueless. According to him Doom slows castrate, deadly strike doesn't work in pvp, barbs need defense vs other classes, attack rating lowes opponents block etc. He also think a barb can catch casters without any fcr:

You only can block the physical damage, not the chaged bolts. And the charged bolts does the high damage, so use doom for slow aura she'll hit u less.

1) Without angelic you won't hit shit.
2) In my opinion doom > beast, but it's your own choice ofcourse.

1) Yap, I like a duel vs u, but since u r simply going to call me 'blocklamer' it's a kinda useless duel, but knp I'll wisp u.
2) And now what I really said about:
doom slowing castrate: I'm pretty sure it slows fcr, but even if it doesn't I know from my dueling experience catching sorc isn't really a problem unless they r telespamming.
deadly strike doesn't work in PvP I've seen so many discussions about this, that I really don't know anymore what to believe, I've heard from some ppl it works, some are telling me it doesn't: that's why I didn't put it in this guide, better don't mension information then mention the wrong information.

barbs can catch casters without fcr I'm only telling u from my duel experience I havn't got trouble killing sorcs without using fcr, if they arn't telespamming. I also think by adding 20 fcr you arn't going to catch telespamming sorcs anyway.
Angelic I want to see u killing full block sorcs/druids/necro's... with 12k ar -.-
And if you can make a beter guide, do so! But I don't think the previous you made was any better.

Does 290s take away the chances of getting critical strike?

also, suggest all the ways to get ar plz, my barb only has 12k ar and i already have like 20x32020 and yes i use angelics, but only 1 ring
