No. Max Damage And AR Don't Matter With Smite. Would Be Better If You Used Charge To Attack Though. Most People Just Charge Them Down Then Smite.

Why do you need fhr when smite and charge are uninteruptable

3/20/20s is a plus since it will help charge damage vs tanks.

FHR is good when you're gettign teamed up.
Example: I've been ganged up by a pure leap barb, hammy, and a sorc. Of course with the leaper there, it's pretty hard to play offensive/defensive against the other two guys.

Without defiance, you'd be losing out a lot of def. Maybe you like it that way?

FYI: you need 50ias with a berserker axe IF you got level 27+ fana to go with it, so 35+/x zerk won't help you. You'll still be at 7fps smite which is bad bad bad. Also better to use a Kira against light or cold since you won't need dr.
