What I rather meant is get out of a nado and the druid goes "Ow". (I tend to tele right into them . Again, suck @ dvd). Not referring to the fhr lock from when a druid teles on or near you.

it is very possible to reach the amount of strg to use a monarch because some people use spirit, If you get the enough strg for storm shield you get 35% dr + +30 strg which will give you enough strg for the coa
coa has 10-15 damage reduce

ss ( 35) + Coa 10-15 = 45-50+ dr. you can socket the coa with something to give you more life, maybe throw on wizspike+arach+1x fcr ring

You Reach 99% fcr, 50% dr while still maintaining some life with the 2 socketable in the coa

Yes but there's no point in having both stormshield and a coa, since dr is capped at 50. That's unnecessary overkill.
The odd occasion where I do dvd I just use a ber'd ss. 35 ss + 8 ber + 8 enigma = 51.

vs a leaping bvc the best thing too do is just spam their way, if they stop and u get the tele lag tele away, if they nl you and consistently keep doing so and tele with you, just tele away and nado down and tele into them so they will get hit, then tele off if you do this enough they will get the point that if they tele on u you can out tele them. basicly vs a bvc you have too be very def because they out tank you 4-1 if they are godly.

dvd isnt a spam fest, and its funny because everyone who sucks at it says so. I gurantee you if you try too dvd vs me I will be teleing too the side of you ontop of u all fuckin over you too where you have no clue, spamming wont beat me because all I have too do is tele behind you nado and walk away the oposite direction. if you truly believe its a spam fest then pm me and we can duel and ill prove too you its not.
