You forgot to add storm circlet in your ammy section.

Personally I think thats the best necro amulet

you said the build will cost 20 runes at most but you also suggested using 08 valk which costs around 20 runes

Yes, 1.08 Valkyrie Helm costs ~10-20 runes, but I didn't put that as a first choice - use a +2 Necromancer / 20 FCR circlet, it'll be much better.

this is not needed but i find 1 point in golem mastery can make ur golem tank alot more, and 1 point in the revive+skele can be nice meat shield.

Yes, you can put one point into Revive and Skeletons (which is what I did) but I meant this mainly for GM duelers. Okay, yes, there is the occasional bastard dueler who won't play by the rules, but other than that, it's not going to do much.

Golem Mastery won't help. Your golem is going to die in one hit anyways, why bother with wasted points? I save up all my points in case Blizzard ever fixes the Marrowwalk Bug - then I'll have saved points.

ive heard a lot of ppl say that best nec gear should be

3/3/3 Darkforce + Shael'd Shako because it helps you hit the 125% fcr bp ... but personally i think 09 shael'd valk + darkforce + bloodfists works great. you hit the 86 fhr bp easy and the 125% fcr bp which leaves you with the chance to have more 30++ life skillers
